Can you build a pool near a seawall?
Yes. We design around seawall setbacks and coastal permitting requirements, and engineer the structure so it does not load the seawall.
What about high water tables on the coast?
We plan for groundwater during excavation and design the shell and hydrostatic relief to handle it, so the pool stays stable for decades.
